FEEDBACK ON THE IO1 COMPETENCE FRAMEWORK AND PEDAGOGIC APPROACH
We asked VET organisations and institutions for their support and expertise regarding the development of the “competence framework and pedagogic approach” of the Flexi-Comp project
This project Output aims to develop a competence framework and pedagogic approach that will be used to design the FLEXI-COMP training programme (IO2). The main aims of the research were:
- to identify the key competences required for VET educators;
- to identify the ‘critical incidents’ they are likely to experience when working on the ground with disadvantaged and vulnerable learners – these critical incidents are key to developing the ‘simulated practice game’ that will be used in IO2;
- to specify the most effective and appropriate pedagogic approach to design and deliver the training programme.

The survey will be open until the 18th of March in order to finalise this output by the end of the month using all VET experts’ feedback.
